The New York Police Department (NYPD) has sparked outrage across the political spectrum after it decided to showcase its dance team on a local news station last week.

The dance team, which was founded in 2022, practices twice a week and performs throughout the city as part of “community outreach.” This includes schools and parades.

Dance team president Autumn-Rena Martinez, along with some other dance team members, joined WPIX-11 on Thursday to discuss the group. Renn-Martinez explained that one reason the squad exists (besides taxpayer dollars) is to help members “decompress” from the stress of law enforcement. He also said that having a dance team helps officers build friendships.

Raines-Martinez further stated that all members of the NYPD, including men, are allowed to join, and they are held to limited standards. “As long as you have passion, that's what we care about the most,” Martinez said.

After the discussion, the dance team gave an incredibly great performance, dancing to rapper Flo Rida's “Club Can't Handle Me.” The dance starts around 2:45 of the video.

The job of the police is to guard and serve, to not entertain. This stunt turns into much more outrageous as New York Metropolis turns into engulfed in a flood of unlawful aliens getting into NYC and terrorizing residents.

social media, this PR transfer by the NYPD backfired badly as customers viciously attacked the foolish concept of a dance group. Even AOC surprised your entire division.
