'I will do it myself'
A Republican candidate for Congress is concerned that Washington, DC has not taken action to secure America's border.
So she's doing it herself.
Kate Monroe, a congressional candidate representing California's forty ninth district, purchased some barbed wire, took it to the border and put in it, a Day by day Mail report stated.
