WATCH LIVE: Trump anticipated to look at labeled paperwork listening to in Fort Pierce, Florida – Trump supporters prove in drive

Trump is expected to appear in Florida federal court for a hearing on his federal criminal case over possession of White House documents – which were given to Joe Biden despite the fact that they have been in his garage, at universities, for decades. Classified documents were kept. etc., criminal offense for any officer who is not the President.

On Tuesday, special counsel Hur testified before Congress. Hur had difficulty explaining why Joe Biden has not been charged for many of his criminal acts – most likely because there is no explanation. Hur also agreed that every element of the crime was met by Biden's handling of classified documents and information, but he still had no explanation for not prosecuting Biden.

It cannot be denied that we are living under the rule of a two-tier justice system.

And the American people know it!

As The Gateway Pundit reported, earlier this month hundreds of Trump supporters lined the streets of Fort Pierce, Florida, to cheer on President Trump as he headed to court for the final hearing of the Jack Smith Lawfare case.

President Trump arrived moments early at today's hearing in Fort Pierce.

Trump supporters once again came out to show their love for Trump.

Here's a crowd shot taken by Fox News.

NBC reports,

Cannon said today's hearing is expected to take a full day.

Trump's legal team and prosecutors from Smith's office are expected to debate their positions on whether some or all of the charges against Trump should be dismissed due to the Presidential Records Act before the case goes to trial.

Smith urged Canon to reject Trump's claims that his presidential records “could be turned into 'personal' records” if removed from the White House.

The two sides will also discuss a second motion to dismiss the case on the theory that the main statute used against Trump is unconstitutionally vague as it applies to presidents.
