Terrence Bradley will take the stand again today in a third hearing to disqualify Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis from prosecuting the sham election interference case against President Trump after accusing her of misusing funds and improper dealings with lead prosecutor Nathan Wade. Was accused of having an affair.
Bradley is the former divorce attorney and boyfriend of Fani Willis and law partner of Trump prosecution chief, Nathan Wade.
Earlier this month, Willis and Wade were summoned to an evidentiary hearing stemming from a lawsuit filed by Michael Roman, a co-defendant in Trump's RICO case. Ashley Merchant, representing Roman, accused Willis' office of “deliberately withholding information.”
Gateway Pundit reports in detail on explosive testimony at Nathan Wade's previous hearingsFanny Willis, and Fanny's ex-Black Panther dad.
Recall that Terrence Bradley testified on February 15 but claimed that the Georgia Bar Association advised him not to answer questions due to the application of Rule 1.6 of confidentiality.
The Georgia Bar Association is now intervening – advising witnesses not to answer questions about Fani Willis and Nathan Wade in scandal investigation
Judge Scott McAfee, who is overseeing the case, has reportedly determined that certain communications are not privileged, and Bradley can no longer hide behind “what the person at the bar told us.”
This comes after damaging findings of possible perjury by Fani Willis and Nathan Wade.
The Gateway Pundit reported Saturday that lawyers for Trump and Roman tracked down Nathan Wade and found that Wade had likely made at least 35 visits to Fani's home before he was appointed to lead the case. However, they both testified in court that they met no more than ten times at Willis's home and that they began their relationship after she was appointed to lead the Trump election interference case.
It was also revealed that Wade and Willis had exchanged more than 2,000 voice calls and nearly 12,000 text messages in the 11 months from January to November 2021, before Nathan Wade was hired.
Her testimony is contradicted by Robin Yearty, who worked in Fani Willis's office and testified at the first hearing that Fani Willis and Nathan Wade began their relationship in 2019 – before Willis married Nathan Wade. Appointed as lead prosecutor in the RICO law case against President Trump.
Atlanta News First reports,
Bradley was called to testify at a court hearing two weeks ago to determine whether Wade, Willis and their staff should be disqualified from his sweeping RICO case against former President Donald Trump and his associates.
On the stand, Bradley refused to answer questions about the now-acknowledged relationship between Willis and Wade, and said he was barred from testifying about it by the State Bar of Georgia, citing attorney-client privilege. Was advised.
Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee informed attorneys in the case late Monday that some communications between Bradley and Wade are not protected by attorney-client privilege, sources said. Sources confirmed that McAfee made his decision after a closed-door meeting with Bradley on Monday.
