Former President Donald Trump is celebrating after radical liberal late-night host Jimmy Kimmel suggested he might retire from late night.
Trump trashes 'loser' Kimmel
“They could give this loser 5% of what they are paying and get someone far more talented, who will also get better ratings!” Trump wrote on his Truth Social social media platform with a link to an ABC News article titled “Jimmy Kimmel hints at retiring from talk show: 'I think this is my last contract.'”
“I think this is my last contract,” Kimmel told the Los Angeles Times. “I hate even to say it, because now everyone is laughing at me – every time I think that, and then it's not the case.”
“I still have a little over two years left on my contract and it feels pretty good,” he said. “That seems like a lot.”

Kimmel's future plans
Asked how he planned to spend his time when he retired, Kimmel said, “I don't know what I'll do really.”
He added, “It can't be something that anyone knows about except me.” “I have a lot of hobbies – I like to cook, I like to draw, I imagine myself learning to sculpt. I know that when I die, if I'm lucky enough to die on my own terms in my own bed, I'll think, 'Oh, I was never able to get here, and I was never able to do that. Was not capable of that. I only know this about myself.
Kimmel admitted that the idea of dying without accomplishing everything he wanted to do in life “bothers him a little.”

Kimmel responded to Trump
Kimmel has one of the worst cases of Trump Derangement Syndrome for anyone in television in a long time. Last night, he responded to Trump who called him a “loser” for suggesting he retire.
“This obviously caught the attention of America's most famous tangerine,” Kimmel said in his monologue.
“And I have to say, that's a great way to find out that you're not going to be anyone's partner,” he adds. “He has no idea how happy I am with this kind of thing. I'm going to try to enjoy it, because he probably won't be able to do that when they take away his phone in jail, so I really want to soak it up.

Kimmel has proven repeatedly over time that he actually is a sore loser, so we applaud Trump for calling him out. Ultimately, if Kimmel does certainly retire, the tv world shall be a greater place, so we are able to solely hope he places his plan into motion!
