Eric Bolling began the segment by pointing out the burning and plundering of the American justice system by the Democrat Party.
Eric Bolling: They are going beyond limits. They are exceeding the expectations of the American people. Fair play, final point. And this is nothing like that.
Christina Bob: You are absolutely right. And the idea that they're basically cutting off the appeals process and the fact that they're getting this decision shoved around their necks without their ability to exercise all of their constitutional rights to the judicial process, including the appellate process. Trying to put. I, point out that they know they are wrong. They know they're wrong, and that's why they don't want to allow the Court of Appeals to intervene before they do more harm to them. And so they're trying to subvert that process and create more headlines, create more drama and create more turmoil for the President, knowing that he's likely to be overturned. This is shocking. I mean, I don't know how many times we can use the word unprecedented, shocking, crazy before it sounds cliché, but each of their next moves is worse than the last.
Eric Bolling: …It feels like she's trying to seize one of Trump's buildings before the appeals process, so she can, like, get the skin, the scalp that she's looking for.
Christina Bob: That's exactly what she's trying to do. And that's why the law allows for an appellate process. And that's why Judge Engron was already overturned in this case when he tried to strip Donald Trump of his business license. It was overturned on appeal because they're like, wait, this is irreversible damage. So before you cause injury that is irreversible, let the judicial process, the justice system, work. And this is it. You are absolutely right. What they are trying to do is cause injury to Donald Trump that cannot be reversed. They're bypassing the appellate process and saying, we don't care what the appeals court says. We're going to get our pound of flesh from Donald Trump come hell or high water. Whether it's fair or not, they don't care.
Eric Bolling: You're in a city in a state where they turn felonies into misdemeanors like water, and they're trying to keep Trump at 350. By the way, guys, I say 450 because with interest and additional fees, they've got this thing, this bond that they have to post up to $450,000,000, not 10% of it. Half a billion dollars. Are they crazy?
Christina Bob: Yes, they absolutely are. This is a big case of Trump Derangement Syndrome. There is no semblance of justice here. I believe this statute has been used about 150 times before in New York history, and this is the only case where there is no victim, no actual harm. And I'm willing to bet that it's one of the most humiliating punishments, despite the fact that no one got hurt. So, yes, they are literally crazy.
Eric Bolling: Christina, say it again. Say it every night on this show. $450,000,000. It's going to go to New York State. What are they going to do with it? There are no victims.
