Peter Anthony Morgan, lead singer of Jamaican reggae band Morgan Heritage, a Grammy Award-winning group fashioned by the youngsters of singer Denroy Morgan, died on Sunday.
The Related Press reported that he was 46 years previous.
Mr Morgan's household confirmed his dying in an announcement on the band's social media platforms. It didn’t give a reason for dying and details about their survivors was not instantly out there. The assertion described him as a husband, father, son and brother.
Mr. Morgan, often known as “Peeta”, began Morgan Heritage in 1994 with a few of his siblings.
For some early albums, together with “Shield Us Jah” (1997) and “Don't Half Dread” (1999), Morgan Heritage labored with Bobby Digital, one among Jamaica's most influential producers.
