The Iowa crowd goes wild!

Last Thursday, Caitlin Clark announced she would be forgoing her final year of eligibility and going straight to the WNBA, a decision that understandably incensed league owners. Every home and away game has been sold out for weeks with fans wanting a look at history.

We have never seen a female player with such a complete game. Caitlin Clark can not only score but she ranks in the top five women in assists and averages several rebounds per game. She is a complete player.

But she's really known for her halfcourt logo shots – something you won't see from any woman in the game today.

And celebrities frequently come to Iowa to watch Kaitlyn play. Rapper Travis Scott was spotted in Iowa City today.

Baseball great Nolan Ryan was also at the game today.

It was a technical foul by an Ohio State player that gave Catlin two record-breaking free throws.
