This weekend, Stephen A. Smith attacks Joe Biden. Smith's latest video comment is titled, “The high price of the Democrats' anti-Trump lawlessness breakdown.

Stephen A. Smith called out the Democrat Party and Joe Biden for their apparent perverse use of the legal system in an effort to destroy President Trump and his movement.

Democrats know they can't defeat Trump in a fair fight. So they defamed him, raided his house, arrested him, filed trumped-up charges against him, while leaving the Democrats and Joe Biden free to commit the same 'crimes', …and yet Trump rose from the ashes and Took the GOP nomination.

Trump is larger than life today. He's still walking, breathing, golfing and preaching…they can't stop him.

Here is Stephen A. Is Smith.

Stephen A. Smith: recently wall street journal The article titled “The High Price of Democrats' Anti-Trump Lawfare” written by Daniel Henninger details how most Americans believe the rule of law is better than the law of the jungle, but how this could be changing.

According to Henninger, the newest buzzword in politics is 'lawfare' or using the legal system as a weapon against a political opponent. Henninger questions how many lawsuits, court motions and judgments the Democratic Party can actually block against Donald Trump. He also considers how high a price the American system may pay for all this.

I want to tell you something. This was an excellent opinion. I completely agree with Daniel Henninger Wall Street Journal, The opinion piece that he wrote there, because we have to get to the point where we're saying when is enough enough?

Donald Trump said a very important thing. I know you don't hear me say this often, but it's true. He said something very important a couple of weeks ago, or I think it was immediately after Super Tuesday when he was talking about President Biden and, you know, he beat me to it. Stop trying to use the legal system to end this!

President Biden will say he has nothing to do with me. He is the President of the United States. He is not a prosecutor in Georgia. He's not a prosecutor in New York. Ok? He has nothing to do with those things. So he might say, maybe that's true, but it's very difficult for me to believe that everyone on the Democratic side is innocent.

I mean, when you look at the extreme allegations that Trump faces, I mean, when is enough enough? E. Jean Carroll awarded $83.3 million in defamation suit against Trump. Ok. By the way, New York Judge Arthur Engoron ordered Trump to pay a total of $450,000,000 in a civil fraud lawsuit over the assessment of his net worth. New York State Attorney Letitia James says she will seize Mr Trump's New York buildings if the huge bond is not paid. This is according to a Wall Street Journal article. We know what's happening in Georgia. Fulton County District Attorney Fannie Willis. Well, even though he has his own stuff going on with him and someone else, Mr. Wade, who is also a lawyer he used to go after Trump. But that's a different topic for another day. What are they doing here at this time? She faces 18 other defendants for violating the state's Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act in connection with the 2020 presidential election.

The presiding judge dismissed six of the 41 cases. It's all according to the article here. Colorado, Maine and Illinois took various legal actions to ban Mr Trump from running for president in 2024, with the efforts recently blocked by a unanimous Supreme Court decision. They got a six-three majority, six conservatives, three liberals, but unanimously, they blocked the effort from Colorado, Maine and Illinois.

You have the special counsel, Jack Smith, who is prosecuting Trump on a set of federal charges, one for possession of classified documents, the other for the former president's actions on the day of the 2021 Capitol riot. Well, that issue is still up in the air.

And meanwhile, we've got a situation where a man named Robert Hur, a classified documents special counsel investigating President Biden, ultimately exercised prosecutorial discretion to say that the sitting president has not been acquitted, but those But will not be prosecuted, leaving the situation involving Joe Biden to the court of public opinion.

Ladies and gentlemen, there is a lot to take in. I'm not going to do it. That's all I'm going to say. Trump is kicking the democrats. Do you know? 91 charges, four indictments, 91 cases against him. He has been impeached twice. And he still ran away with the GOP nomination. It was an easy way…

…You can't touch him. And now he's been thrown into this salvo. He said, Yo, why don't you come kill me? Stop getting involved in law enforcement and using the legal system to advance your political agenda. Come hit me. This is what he did. I do sports most of the time. That's the kind of language we want to hear, right?

Can you beat him or not? Will you defeat him?…

…You know what their final argument is? GOP nomination. Because if he has all these things, why should he be allowed to be the GOP nominee? He will use it and say, I must be innocent. This is them. It's not me. And based on numbers stemming from the 2020 election, at least 74 million people are going with them. What about the more than 81 million people who once supported Biden? Are you sure that the way things are on the streets of America right now, they won't come out to help Trump defeat him? I don't know. I don't know.
