Stephen A. Smith called out the Democrat Party and Joe Biden for their apparent perverse use of the legal system in an effort to destroy President Trump and his movement.
Democrats know they can't defeat Trump in a fair fight. So they defamed him, raided his house, arrested him, filed trumped-up charges against him, while leaving the Democrats and Joe Biden free to commit the same 'crimes', …and yet Trump rose from the ashes and Took the GOP nomination.
Trump is larger than life today. He's still walking, breathing, golfing and preaching…they can't stop him.

According to Henninger, the newest buzzword in politics is 'lawfare' or using the legal system as a weapon against a political opponent. Henninger questions how many lawsuits, court motions and judgments the Democratic Party can actually block against Donald Trump. He also considers how high a price the American system may pay for all this.
I want to tell you something. This was an excellent opinion. I completely agree with Daniel Henninger Wall Street Journal, The opinion piece that he wrote there, because we have to get to the point where we're saying when is enough enough?
Donald Trump said a very important thing. I know you don't hear me say this often, but it's true. He said something very important a couple of weeks ago, or I think it was immediately after Super Tuesday when he was talking about President Biden and, you know, he beat me to it. Stop trying to use the legal system to end this!

It's not me. And based on numbers stemming from the 2020 election, at least 74 million people are going with them. What about the more than 81 million people who once supported Biden? Are you sure that the way things are on the streets of America right now, they won't come out to help Trump defeat him? I don't know. I don't know.
