A Kentucky couple has been arrested on human trafficking-related fees after allegedly making an attempt to promote their new child twin daughters for $5,000.
Jackson County couple, Zachary Davis and Jacquelyn Keith, declare the proposal was only a prank.
Legislation enforcement was contacted by Davis's sister-in-law, who claimed the couple had provided to promote her the twins. She supplied recordings and screenshots of conversations that allegedly help her claims.
