After killing Riley, Ibarra is accused of dragging her body to a secluded area, an affidavit supporting allegations of concealing the student's death.
Riley was murdered between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. last Thursday, and her roommate called police when she didn't return from her morning run. University of Georgia Police officers found her body in a wooded area near the school's inner fields just before 1 p.m. that afternoon.
