According to a recent report by ABC News, a bulletin from US intelligence agencies has raised concerns about the ability of radical groups within the United States to respond to calls for violence by ISIS.
The warning comes after last month's devastating attack in Moscow, where ISIS terrorists targeted a concert hall, resulting in a large number of casualties.
The attack on Moscow's Crocus City Hall on March 22 left at least 144 people dead, including three children, and more than 550 injured. Following the attack, ISIS issued a statement claiming responsibility and describing the venue as “a large gathering for Christians in a Russian Moscow suburb.”
In a worrying development, ABC News has obtained a US intelligence bulletin suggesting that radical groups within the US may have been inspired by ISIS's recent announcements.

Law enforcement officials are particularly wary of the impact these calls could have on domestic radicals or so-called “lone wolves” who, despite not being official members of ISIS, may want to emulate Moscow's tyranny.
