Thick clouds of smoke hung over the New York Metropolis skyline after a hearth broke out at a skyscraper close to One World Commerce Heart on Wednesday morning.

Fox 5 New York reported that FDNY officers responded to a hearth on the high of a 72-story skyscraper on Greenwich Avenue.

Fireplace officers on the scene mentioned the hearth originated from the skyscraper's HVAC system on the roof of the 72-storey constructing.

No casualties have been reported from the hearth and firefighters have been profitable in controlling the hearth.
