A 75-mile (121 km) stretch of Interstate 80 freeway was closed Saturday. The California Freeway Patrol workplace in Truckee, close to the state border with Nevada, stated on Twitter (previously Twitter) that “emergency personnel and tow vehicles had been having issue reaching motorists attributable to blizzard circumstances.”
