Joe Biden welcomed governors and their spouses to a black-tie dinner within the White Home State Eating Room on Saturday night.
It was nicely previous Joe Biden's bedtime.
When Biden tried to learn a quote from “the man behind me right here,” it glitched.
He couldn't learn his personal notes.
They're actually working this man once more, although he's barely functioning.

After ending his remarks, a confused Joe Biden wanted assist from his bosses.
“I'm proper right here?” Biden stated as his handlers got here to his assist.
Biden walked away from the lectern and towards the dinner desk.
