The A9 is a crucial north–south motorway connecting the German capital with Munich. It was closed in each instructions after the accident.
It was not instantly clear why the bus, which was operated by FlixBus and was heading to Zurich, went off the highway. Rescue helicopters and ambulances have been current on the scene.
German press company dpa reported that the Flixbus was carrying 53 passengers and two drivers.
