Addressing the European Parliament, Yulia Navalnaya mentioned that her late husband Alexei Navalny – Russia's most outstanding opposition chief – “won’t ever see what the gorgeous Russia of the longer term will seem like, however we should see it”.
Ms Navalnaya mentioned the “homicide” of her husband – who died in an Arctic penal colony on February 16 – confirmed that Putin was “able to something” and couldn’t be negotiated with.
Few official particulars have been launched on the reason for Navalny's loss of life. There may be more likely to be a heavy police presence at his funeral on Friday.
