Within the Russian area of Orenburg, 1000’s of individuals had been evacuated as water ranges rose by greater than 9 metres.
The area has been affected by greater than typical seasonal flooding as a consequence of snowmelt from the Ural Mountains, with town of Orsk notably affected.
The Ural River, Europe's third longest, is predicted to achieve unprecedented ranges, peaking on Wednesday.
Russia's Emergencies Ministry estimates that greater than 10,000 houses are underwater.
