A California man has been arrested for stealing a human leg from a deadly prepare crash and consuming it.
The crash and subsequent cannibalism occurred Friday on the Amtrak station in Wasco.
First Responder Media, which posted a video of the cannibalism, recognized the suspect as 27-year-old Resendo Tellez.

In video of the incident, Tellez is analyzing and smelling the leg earlier than deciding to chop it.
