UN Safety Council fails to move Gaza ceasefire decision

The USA submitted a decision in good religion after consulting all Council members and after a number of rounds of edits. The overwhelming majority of this council voted in favor of this proposal. However sadly, Russia and China determined to train their veto. The USA will stand by this. We are going to proceed to work towards an settlement with Qatar and Egypt, and we’ll work with any Council member who’s critically curious about adopting a decision that can assist make that settlement attainable.
