There was an incredibly scary moment, even by Joe Biden's standards, during a campaign event Tuesday in Phoenix, Arizona.
White House officials were visiting the Grand Canyon State to persuade Hispanics to support Trump in his fall. Gateway Pundit previously revealed that Trump is now leading Biden among Hispanic voters in some surveys.
Biden was standing behind his campaign manager Julie Chavez Rodriguez during a Latinos for President Biden rally at a Mexican restaurant called El Portal when he noticed a small child in the audience, Fox News reports.
While Rodriguez was giving his opening remarks, Biden suddenly walked off the stage and proceeded to the infant.

He lay down next to the child and his mother. Fox News reported that Biden was then seen touching the child and asking the mother “how old” he was.
When Biden finally returned to the stage, he offered this terse explanation for his behavior:
Well, friends, I have to tell you straight. I like you all, but I couldn't resist that little one!
This is not the first time Biden has abused young children. For example, he gnawed the shoulder of a little girl in Finland last July who stepped back after Biden tried to kiss her.
There was also an entire montage captured by CSPAN that showed Biden inappropriately touching underage women while he was vice president.
If Biden have been a Republican, he would possible be jailed for this conduct. However the guidelines are completely different for Democrats.
