The Golden Chippy, an award-winning chip store within the UK, has been advised by the native council that it should take away Union flag graffiti exterior its store.

In keeping with The Every day Mail, Greenwich Council, the place the store is situated, mentioned that they had obtained 'quite a few complaints' in regards to the graffiti which included the phrase 'A Nice British Meal', including that it was an 'unauthorised commercial'.

GB Information studies:

The store's proprietor, Chris Cannizzi, and his employees have been shocked by the choice by Greenwich Council, who mentioned they made the order following “quite a few complaints made to native ward councillors”.

Nevertheless, close by residents have spoken out in favor of the mural, with one even telling GB Information it reminded them of a Banksy portray.

One resident mentioned: “It doesn't offend me in any respect. This can be a fish and chip store proper? I’ve nothing towards it. That is simply part of the commercial.”

One other mentioned: “I feel it's fairly good and fairly lovely. It exhibits the flag of Nice Britain and I feel it's cool. “I don’t suppose they need to take away it.”
